Volunteers

88 students of the University of Innsbruck are able to join this event as Volunteers.

They gain insights into the organization of an international sport event in theory and can put what they have learned into practice during the Innsbruck 2022 FISU World University Championship Sport Climbing and contribute directly in making the event a success. Since the first lecture has already taken place in March, the applications for this programme are closed.

In the course of the programme the students choose their preferred area of work depending on their interests and skills. After that they, working in teams, allocate the different shifts to each volunteer, learning how this is one of the important aspect while managing a big sport event.
