The organising committee provides accommodation for all participating athletes and officials in one of the following hotels. Depending on the travel schedule each team is going to be allocated to one of them and all further details will be arranged.

Other services

We will also offer a laundry service for every participant. In most cases, this will be handled by the accommodation and the laundry can be handed in/picked up directly at the hotel. More information on how the service works according to each accommodation will be published in the next few weeks.

How to get to Innsbruck:

You can get to Innsbruck by car, plane or train. The official arrival points in Innsbruck are the Airport Innsbruck and the main station Innsbruck. As soon as you arrive there, your transport and other services are arranged by the Organising Committee. Travel to and from those arrival points has to be arranged independently.

Transport in Innsbruck:

According to the arrival and departure schedule and your respective accommodation we are going to arrange transportation from/to the airport or train station to the accommodation either by a special shuttle-bus or by public transport, which you will be able to use for free. The same applies to travelling betweeen the competition venue and accommodation. Further information on your local transportation network will be published in the following bulletins.

Those who want to train in a commercial facility before or during the event can do so at different climbing gyms. Depending on the discipline you want to train, you can visit:

With your accreditation you can use the USI climbing wall and all other facilities at USI (University Sport Institute Innsbruck) during the event for free. However, the organiser does NOT provide the entrance for the other facilities or transport to climbing facilities outside of Innsbruck. The possibility to train at Kletterzentrum Innsbruck in the weeks leading up to the event might be limited. Please note, that a schedule of possible training hours/closing hours of the Kletterzentrum Innsbruck (KI) will be published.

Breakfast will be served at the respective accommodation. All hotels offer a buffet-style breakfast with a variety of products. Lunch and dinner for all client groups will be served directly at the competition venue in a designated food area. The food will be offered buffet-style, so everyone can choose their own meal. Also, different drinks will be available. To ensure the best preparation possible, snacks like fruit, granola bars and/or sandwiches will be offered in the warm-up/isolation area for athletes and officials. Water will also be available at all times.
